recognized expert in groundwater hydrology and author of the widely-respected
textbook, Groundwater Hydrology.
As a pioneer in the field of groundwater, Dr. Todd mentored
several of today's leaders in groundwater hydrology.
Dr. Iris Priestaf, President of Todd Engineers, has 25 years
of experience in groundwater assessments with a specialization
in groundwater basin management.
Dr. Priestaf applies research and teaching at the university
level to the practical issues of consulting.
She directs both the technical and business aspects of company
operations.
Our key management at Todd Engineers includes
Phyllis Stanin, Vice President and Principal Geologist, and
Raymond Will, Principal Engineer.
Our staff includes geologists,
