Staff Engineer
Todd Engineers is seeking a staff engineer interested in developing skills and experience
in groundwater/surface water hydrology. As staff engineer, you will join a select group of
dedicated professionals -- including civil engineers, geologists, and hydrogeologists -- and
contribute to a wide variety of challenging projects.
Projects may involve surface water studies (flood studies, landslide investigations, storm
water design, and creek protection planning), groundwater studies (groundwater resource
evaluation and water supply planning) and soil/groundwater contamination investigations.
You will enjoy occasional travel and field work.
This position requires a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering (an MS is preferred)
from an accredited university, an EIT, and two to five years of experience in water
resources. Preferred attributes include competency in word processing, spreadsheet and
database programs; writing and communication skills; and the ability to interact well with
clients and regulatory staff. Experience with GIS (ArcGIS 9) and computer modeling is a
plus.
